1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- Item is unused and unworn
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- Proof of purchase is available
2. Hygiene Policy
Due to the nature of innerwear:
- Certain items (like panties) are not eligible for return
- Exceptions apply only for defective or incorrect items
We may refuse requests that do not meet hygiene standards.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for approved cases
- Process time: 5–7 working days
- Method: bank transfer or store credit (case dependent)
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on product availability
- If unavailable, you can choose another item or store credit
5. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/defective item), we will cover it
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Share clear photos for quick resolution
We will resolve the issue at no extra cost.
